    I have Parallels 8. A pop-up alerted me to the update for 11. I paid and have the key to activate. It took it fine. But when it asked me for a previous key I looked online on my account and copy/paste the key for the previous update (v8) and full version (7). It wouldn't take either. But I bought the update already. What do I do!!! I need to get access to my new update v11 NOW. Help!!!!

    Hi, we would like to inform you that only users who has the Parallels Desktop 9 and 10 version can use the Parallels Desktop upgrade key. If you have only key for Parallels Desktop 8 you need to purchase the full copy of Parallels Desktop 11.

    The best way to resolve this issue is fully refund you for the purchase of the Parallels Desktop 11 and after that you will be able to buy the full license key.

    How can you issue me a refund? I wish that was known at the time the marketing email went out to me to purchase the upgrade. Very inconvenient as I have upgraded and now can't use Parallels until this is resolved. Please issue me a refund somehow.
