This key cannot be used with Parallels Desktop 11

Hi,
I am not able to activate my parallels desktop 11 copy with the license key from version 10. I understand this upgrade is free for all version 10 users but it does not. work.

 

Hi, upgrade to version 11 is not free unless you have an active subscription license of Parallels Desktop 10. For all those who own the perpetual license of version 9 and version 10 can upgrade to version 11 at an upgrade price from our website.
