I have a SSP bluetooth adapter I can't get to work right. It works fine on the OSX side but when I try to connect on the windows side programs hang and even windows hangs. Everything works fine on my Lenovo. I have tried mapping the adapter to a serial port in the Parallels configuration and connecting it directly in Windows. Either way I can generally open it in RealTerm or in my C# code but when I try to close it all of windows hangs. I have to hold the power button even to get out of parallels. Is there a way around this? Writing this bluetooth software in C# is the only reason I bought parallels

I created a help ticket and scheduled a call with tech support. They were unable to help me and scheduled a call with an engineer. I did not have time to speak with the engineer imediately so they said they were closing my ticket but all I had to do was reply to the email and it would reopen. No one will respond to my email now and no ticket has been opened. I'm quite certain someone at support@support.parallels.com is reading my emails...
