I have just downloaded the update and my Outlook2016 will not open while all other apps in Office 365 is working. It comes up with message that it has stopped working and when I look at the details it says APPCRASH. Can anyone help with solution? Many thanks

Hi Dhruba Thought I would just let you know that I have sorted out the problem but at the same time have replaced it with another problem. I discovered that the problem initially was due to a corrupt .pst file which did not resolve itself with the repair process. The reason for the corrupt .pst file is unknown to me but must advise that this issue only came about after I downloaded the upgrade for parallels 11. Further I have established that the .pst file was a gmail account that was being used via outlook. I removed the email account, deleted all the .pst files of that account and then outlook started working again. I then put the gmail account back and the problem arose again immediately. My conclusion is that outlook will not work with a gmail account so am asking if there is a possibility that the problem could be something to do with parallels 11 (I have version 11.1). Thought I would give you some feedback as to what I have discovered. Your comments most welcome. Many thanks
