Ok I didn't like at all what Parallels tried to do with that email... that was LOW... so i decided to DOWNGRADE to version 10... what's the procedure? thanks William!
Did you manage to downgrade? http://kb.parallels.com/en/8913 gives some steps that may help I find v 11 to be an absolute dog. Everything takes 4-6 times longer than on v 10.

Yes, you can download and install Parallels Desktop 10 on your new Mac. You may use the same license key to reactivate it. If the issue persists, please open Terminal end execute this commandrlsrvctl activate-license-online and let us know how it works. Thanks!
