    Did you manage to downgrade?

http://kb.parallels.com/en/8913 gives some steps that may help

I find v 11 to be an absolute dog. Everything takes 4-6 times longer than on v 10.

    Thanks Paul, whats the procedure?

Simply install the file downloaded from the link above let Parallel Tools load and we're away ... or other there are steps to do?

Do we use our v 10 key or the v 11 key to activate ?

Yes, you can download and install Parallels Desktop 10 on your new Mac. You may use the same license key to reactivate it. If the issue persists, please open Terminal end execute this command:prlsrvctl activate-license-online and let us know how it works. Thanks!
