1. Although I have 652 days of free email support remaining, there is no obvious way to contact Parallels support via email. 2. I was alerted to an update to my version 11.1.0 (32202) to 11.1.1 (32312) but when I click "Update", the program closes, flashes the "Parallels Loading" bar and shuts down. When re-started, it suggests the update again and is still the old version. 3. I tried to install a Windows 7 machine. It properly installed it and re-booted to a coherence state. The Windows 7 desktop was not on screen nor could I manage it at all. It only appeared as an icon in the Parallels start-up menu as any virtual machine does when running. I exited coherence and the Windows app went full screen but with all the icons from the Mac desktop which it managed as if I were on the Mac desktop. In other words, if I deleted or modified anything on the Windows 7 desktop, it effected the material on the Mac desktop as if I had manipulated it there. 4. If anyone has any idea how to contact Parallels email support, please drop me a hint.
OK. Fixed the Mac/Windows sharing problem. Duh! Hadn't checked that setting in the configuration settings. Still have the unable to upgrade problem.
Same problem for me also. Parallels offers me to update and when I try to install the update a short message flashes (can't read it) and then -- nothing. (Update fuer Parallels Desktop 11 fuer Mac 11.1.1. (32312))
