Contact Parallels support

hello guys
i couldn't find an e-mail adress
so i try here first
i bought this black friday bundle

i use pc (not mac) and unfortunately i can't use the "Camtasia" and "Snagit" apps
that were the main reason for me when i bought it.
it doesnt say clearly that the app ara MAC only,
can u contact me via e-mail and find an alternate solution?
