I don't have any mouse control from the web when I try to access a remote Mac computer. The Mac has the latest software, Version 3.0.2 (30719). Any ideas on what to check? I have keyboard control if the user on the remote Mac moves the mouse into text fields, I can type.
I'll find out the version of access on the other computer. I know it's a Mac running El Capatain and its up to date.
I have the same problem. I am trying to access my Mac from a Lenovo Yoga 300 laptop/tablet running Chrome on Windows 10. I can type into a text field if it has focus, but I don't have mouse/touch access. I would like to use touch/gestures on my tablet. Is this possible?
Hi AlanT1, Web Console officially supports these Web browsers: Mac: - Safari v.6 and higher - Chrome v.14 and higher - Firefox v.6 and higher - Opera v.12.10 and higher (optional) Windows PC: - Internet Explorer v.10, v.11, and higher - Chrome v.14 and higher - Firefox v.6 and higher - Opera v.12.10 and higher (optional) Please update your Chrome and check if the issue still persisting.
Also, could you please let us know what is the web Browser you are using for computer to computer connection.
My version of Chrome is up-to-date. I just installed it a few days ago. I think the problem is with drivers for the Lenovo Yoga 300. Probably nothing to do with parallels. Thanks for the response! Alan
Did you ever find a resolution to this? I'm having the same issue on a Surface Pro 4 + Chrome on Windows 10. Works fine in MS Edge. All software is updated to the latest versions.
