Folders on the Win10 VM cannot be opended

After upgrading to Win10, the folders don't work any more. I have reinstall the Parallels Tool, but it still cannot be solved.

 

Hi, are you trying to access the folder from the Mac side or the Windows?

 

It is working from the Mac, but when I click the folder from the Window, it may show black screen for one second and then folders still cannot be shown and opened.

As mentioned before, I have tried to reinstall and reopen the windows system, the same problem happened.

 

I understand that you have re-installed Parallels Tools and still the issue persist. Please try creating an empty virtual machine and check if the issue persist. Refer to this article.

 

I reinstall the Parallels Tools through the bar on the top of screen. Because I cannot open any folder as well as the control panel, I cannot try the method of the reference article.

I found that the problem happened in the fullscreen mode and coherence mode is OK.

 

It doesn't work also. The all windows about folders and control panel cannot be opened.
Hope solve this problem in next version.
