Parallels 11 - WindowsXp - USB problem

    Hi,
    Just downloaded the newest version of Parallels Desktop for Mac.
    I was running running version 8 with windowsxp and software that communicates with a serial device connected via
    serial to usb. But now this configuration does not run anymore, I keep getting the message that COM3 and COM4 are not available.

    Please advice.....

    Hi Diana, please update Parallels Desktop 11 to the latest build and check how it goes. Refer to this article.

    Hi Dhruba, I just downloaded V11, does that not include the latest build?

    Yes, it's the latest build of Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac and the build is 11.1.2.32408. You may refer to this article to fix USB issue in Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac.
