help!! running macbook pro OSX El capitan 10.11.2, Parallels desktop 11 for Mac, version 11.1.2 After updating to this version, I am unable to start a Virtual Windows XP machine. I can get to the logon screen but cannot type in the password. The keyboard is unresponsive. There was also a failed Parallels tools update and I think the keyboard drivers are corrupted. I can get to safe mode and logon as Administrator without a password, but how can I re-install the keyboard drivers. Parallels tools update fails every time.

Hi there, I'm not sure at all that this is a case, but you may try this one in safe mode: http://kb.parallels.com/en/123269 note: when following in safe mode check all "ControlSet" branches (ControlSet001, ControlSet002, etc.) device manager driver error screenshots will also be useful
