Dear Support team, I have bought Parallels longtime ago and stopped using it for quite a while. I would want to use it now. I originally bought Parallels 7 for Mac. It is not installed on my computer anymore and I can't install it as it is not running on OS Captain. I would want to upgrade it now to a new version. However, it seems that I can only upgrade from versions 9 or 10. Is there any way to upgrade from version 7? Or I have to buy a new version? Regards, Yekatherina
