I set up my VPN in the guest OS (Windows, 10) with a bridged network. It connects just fine but I do not get any access to the VPN network. I cannot ping any of the computers on the network, or hit any of the internal web servers. The VPN works fine when I connect the base OSX, and its works fine in Windows 10 guest when I share the network to the guest OS. Is what I am trying to do even possible? I am running Parallels 11, OSX 10.11.1 .

    Hello Adam5,
If you would like to share VPN from the Mac side you should use Shared Network type. Should you need to leave the virtual machine in Bridge mode, please install VPN client directly in a virtual machine and use it separately. Please refer to this link to share VPN from host to guest OS.

That works for me OK (Parallels 10 / win 10).
Interestingly I thought I had trouble with it through shared mode but I just tested that and it is also OK here.

I'd recommend using VPN on host and running VM in shared networking mode
