Keep getting "This key cannot be used with...." error when I try to enter keycode

    "This key cannot be used with Parallels Desktop build 11.1.2. For details, click here."

    I don't know how to correct this, or what version the key is actually for. Please help! I need to complete a project ASAP and this is not helping.
