I've downloaded Parallels 11 with Windows 10 and I am having problems when gaming. When I move my mouse to an edge of the screen the screen is supposed to scroll that direction but it doesn't. Also arrow keys do not scroll either. Please help! Thanks, Nick P.
Hello Nick, Please follow the below steps to fix this issue. 1. Follow this article and reinstall Parallels Tools. 2. Open your virtual machine's configuration. Switch to Hardware tab > Keyboard and Mouse > Smart Mouse > Optimize for Games.
