Ctrl-Shift-\ seen by Win10 as Ctrl-Shift-'

I installed Windows 10 Home under Parallels 11 OSX Yosemite. Everything has gone well except that an app keyboard shortcut isn't being seen correctly by Windows 10:

Ctrl-Shift-\ (same as Ctrl-|)
is seen by Windows 10 as Ctrl-Shift-' (apostrophe)
I have to hit Ctrl-Shift-` (grave accent) for Windows 10 to receive Ctrl-Shift-\ and successfully trigger the app

I have Parallel Tools installed and my keyboard is listed as United States (Apple) - Parallels
which seems correct to me.

Try to add up the shortcut manually as per this article and let us know how it goes.
