Hi, I installed parallels 11 Desktop on my iMac which has two internal hard drives, an 500 ssd and a 4tb hard disk, everything runs ok except for the 4tb hard disk, which is not detected, that's where I have all my stuff, (music, movies, photos, focus, etc), is that a glitch on parallels or do I have to enable any hidden app? thank you.

    Hello OscarR1,
Please try reinstalling Parallels Tools by following steps suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/4841 and let us know if it worked.

Thank you, I tried the link but it doesn't work, I even re installed win7 no luck. So at the end I deleted everything and just stayed with el capitan.

Please follow the steps below to enable Shared Profile Tool:
    1. Open virtual machine window (Do not click Start).
    2. Open virtual machine configuration > switch to Options tab > Sharing.
    3. Tick Shared Profile checkbox and change Share Folders to All Disks.
And let us know how it goes.

Hi, I have done that and I can see my internal iMac ssd but the other internal 4TB hard disk is not detected, the two hard disks are set as stand alone.
I have tried with windows 7 and 10, the same result.
