Can someone out there please shed some light on this? There are no virtual disks on my machine right now so the Installation wizard comes up when I click Parellels, I enter the express install, enter my serial number, then when I'm to click "Finish" nothing happens, no error code or anything. I've tried both xp and vista, read from cd and .iso files, express, typical, and custom install. The weirdest part is it worked before, had xp then upgraded to vista, the virtual disk got deleted and I'm trying to reinstall.

Thank you for any and all help,
    Dave

    Hi Dave,

Did you completely remove all old files before you reinstalled windows?

I STILL have this problem, it started back when they released the new build with convergence. Now I use the parallels disk as a coaster. The parallels tech support doesn't know what to do. I've given up. A previous thread posted this http://forum.parallels.com/post60314-linear.html#post60314- but it didn't work for me. Good Luck.

    Dave,

When you upgraded to 3 this was a download, Have you tried to download Parallels again
you may have gotten a corrupt file.
