Hello, I am just testing version 10 app server against a Hyper-v virtual pool, I can publish a desktop using remote IP via 2x and it instantly connects, but if I try to publish a desktop/pool via vdi it can take upto 10-15mins to get the same desktop. The server is on the same domain and the computer-vdi name are the same as listed in the vdi guests. the vdi guest agent is also installed on the vdi guest. Cheers
Hi there, 1. Make sure you have all needed ports available 2. Just to check, if you are testing with v10, maybe you already using v9 and the same Hyper-v virtual pool is in use by another version of 2X VDS? In this case in v10 please check VDI host agent (2X VDS Console - Farm - VDI Hosts - select VDI Host - press Check Agent button). Agent state status must be in OK status, when you press Check Agent button, if it in use you will get: Agent in use by the 2X Publishing Agent on machine xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is IP of another 2X VDS. 3.
