    Hi there,

It would be great if 2X Client could autodiscover the server address by the email of a user.
This could be easilly implemented with a DNS SRV record.
    As an example:

    1. User would enter it's email address and password on 2X client (say user@domain.local)
    2. 2X client would ask DNS for the SRV record _asxg._tcp.domain.local , that would return something like "0 100 443 ASXG.domain.local" . Thats the port, priority and address of the gateway . You could set more than one ASXG record for the same domain for secondary connections.
3.v1. 2X would then contact ASXG on the port and ask for the type of connection. I assume you could just send the same information that is currently sent with the broadcast discovery method
3.v2. Alternativelly, a TXT record could be also set on DNS with the details for the connection

    Regards,
    Ricardo

Hi thanks for your interest in 2X products, and thanks for your suggestion. We are always looking to improve the way our product operates and with enough positive feedback on feature requests such as this our developers would certainly take the suggestion into consideration.
