I'm a longtime Parallels user but stumped on the latest version. I've just added a new big hard drive to my Mac, solely for PC files. I just installed El Capitan and added Parallels 11 with no problem...but now I'm trying to create a VM of Windows 8. I get a blue window with "Setup is starting" and then it just spins. I pulled out my old hard drive so the previous Paralells and VM installs shouldn't be a factor. Any clues?
