    Hi,

I am currently running Parallels Desktop 11.1.3 on my Mid-2014 Macbook Pro Retina 15" with OS X 10.11.4.

I normally work with an external LG 34" LCD monitor(3440x1440) with my MBPR lid closed. However, sometimes, I will need to leave my cube to attend some meeting so I need to unplug my MBPR and take it with me. I noticed that if I have Parallels Desktop running with Windows 10 OS, the Windows application works fine on both external display connected or MacBook Pro only. However, if I returned from meeting and reconnect my external display back to the MBPR when Parallels is running, for many times I will find the mouse cursor shifted for all my running Windows applications. I cannot click anything under my mouse cursor on the screen, instead, the item on the left of the cursor with 200-300 pixels distance will be clicked. The only way to fix this is closing all my Windows application, shutdown the VM then quit and restart the Parallels Desktop. This is become very annoying. Can you let me know how to fix this?

    Hello AllenC1,
You could try changing the mouse behaviour by choosing the "Don't optimize for games" from the SmartMouse drop-down list (Configure > Hardware > Mouse & Keyboard) and see if fixes the issue.
