Can someone try to reproduce a simple issue for me?

I'm trying to verify this is a bug with Parallels 11.2

    1. Launch a guest OS (doesn't matter which one, any of them)
    2. Put it in full screen mode
    3. Hit Ctrl - left arrow key.
    4. This should take you back to the host OS X desktop
    5. Hit Ctrl - right arrow key. This should take you back to the guest OS.
This functionality used to exist before I upgraded to 11.2. I am not sure if the upgrade to 11.2 killed it, or something else is misconfigured on my machine. The reason I am asking for someone to reproduce this is, I can't tell which it is.

If I try to talk to Parallels support, they point me in the direction of several KB articles, which I have tried (and showed them evidence of), or tell me to re-install Parallels tools. Neither of those suggestions help.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi JoeO1,
Go to the Parallels Desktop menu > Preferences > Shortcuts tab > System Shortcuts > set 'Send System Shortcuts' option to 'Always'. Restart Virtual Machine and let us know how it works.
