    Parallels Desktop: v.10.4.0 (29337)
Platform: MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013)
    Host: OSX v.10.11.5
    Guest: kali 2016.1 (kernel:4.5.0-kali-amd64)

The origin kernel version of lateset kali linux is 4.3.0. So when I installed parallels tools manually it turns out 'kernel source' error.
Then I upgraded kernel version to 4.5.0 from kali official source: kali-rolling
Then the parallels tools installler went compile error: implicit declaration of function 'vmalloc'.
So I followed the instructions in this thread: https://forum.parallels.com/threads/parallels-10-ubuntu-14-04-tools-will-not-install.336252/
But it did'nt work out yet with compile error: unknown field 'follow_link' specified in initializer.
And the attachment is the log file.
Is there any way to fix it?

    Fresh install
make sure the apt-get update pulls from the kali repos.
    apt-get update
    apt-get upgrade
    apt-get dist-upgrade
    install tools

There is a thread that causes the mouse to go invisible after the upgrade so you will lose your mouse.
