Activation after clean install.

Hi. My apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, but I couldn't find it. Due to a system crash on my Macbook Pro I have had to reinstall Mac OS (El Capitan). Reinstalled Parallels 11 and Windows 10. Problem is, I cannot activate Windows as it believes I am running it elsewhere. Two lengthy phone calls to Microsoft and going through all activation methods yielded no result. Microsoft tell me to contact Parallels as they do not provide support for virtual machine. Does anyone know how to proceed with activation? Or have I essentially lost my product ID for Windows 10? Many thanks in advance for any help.

 

Problem solved. Decided to uninstall Windows and switch to Office for Mac, which pretty much is the only reason I needed Windows in the first place. Bye Microsoft!
