Migrate the Parallel Desktop Licence to another MAC

I plan to format mac HDD and install fresh operations system. My question is about the procedure for deactivating and activating the parallel Desktop licence for versions 9 and 10 in order not to lose it.

Please uninstall Parallels Desktop for Mac before formatting your Mac hard disk and then reinstall Parallels Desktop on your Mac after installing a fresh operating system.

 

How about activation key? Is the same as by first installation?
