I have been using parallels for some time now and have gotten used to using the Control + Option keys to pull up the mac menubar, but I just bought two Parallel 11 keys and upgraded one machine and did an initial install on another machine and now both of them will not bring up the mac menubar when I press the keys. How do I restore this function to my machines? I cannot find the answer here or on the internet through searches. Thank you.
Hello MargoR, Perform the below steps and check how it works 1. Reinstall Parallels Tools. 2. Check this article to change the keyboard settings. Thanks, Guna
Reinstalling Parallels tools did not fix problem. On the mouse and keyboard tab I was sent to I have mouse on auto-detect for games and the keyboard not optimized for games. And no idea how to set up shortcut to do this particular thing with the menu that came up for keyboard shortcuts - any instructions on how to set those two keys to pull up the menubar? Thank you.
I figured it out finally. I had to go into fullscreen in Options and uncheck the Use OS X fullscreen mode to get it to work again. I set all the corners again to do nothing and I think I've got it back the way I had it before. Thank you for your help.
