Firewall - How to "drop packets"??

Hi,

I am trying to secure my web server & plesk panel. I have closed ports that are not been used by any applications, however I have been advised to drop/filter traffic that comes to them rather than have the ports closed so they are in a stealth mode.

How can this be done in the Plesk Panel as the firewall options only have Allow or Deny? I am running version 12.5.30
