Hello! I used the 14 day trial and when it expired, I bought an upgrade. This upgrade came with a product key. Now when I try to active the product key and use parallels desktop on my mac, its asking me for the previous product key to and will not let me proceed with out it. Can someone advise how I know what to put in this box?? I have googled everything and followed any directions I could find and nothing is working. Thanks!
Hi MorganS1, you should have a previous license of Parallels Desktop 9 or 10 for Mac to activate and use Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac Upgrade version. If you are using/activating Parallels Desktop for the first time, you must purchase the full version.
