After updating windows 10 I am no longer able to view my previously working shared folders from the windows VM. The only work around is to look at the folders from the Mac side and copy and move files that way. I am unable to drag and drop files anymore, either way (mac to windows or windows to mac). I am running El Capitan 10.11.2

Hi Greg, please start your virtual machine and go to Action->Reinstall Parallels Tools and restart your Windows virtual machine and let us know how it works. Thanks!

I'm having the same problem with Desktop 12.1.1. I can drag and drop files from Windows to Mac, but I can't get files from Mac to Windows. I've reinstalled Parallels Tools a few times, and the shortcut on the Windows desktop says "\\Mac is not accessible." I'm going to try and upload a screen shot of my configuration options. Any help would be appreciated.
