    Hi @kyj1
Please try the following steps and let us know if it was helpful,
    1. Shut down the Virtual Machine.
    2. Open Configuration.
    3. Go to 'Hardware'->'Keyboard and Mouse'.
    4. Set the Mouse option to 'Don't optimise for games'.
    5. Start the Windows and check your Bluetooth mouse.

Thanks. I too starting having a mouse issue, two days later after the upgrade. My issue was with my MBP trackpad. All of a sudden it wouldn't let me click on items. I did the above and that seemed to have fixed the issue.

I remember the version 11 does not have this problem.

  6. Could you please provide us with the Problem report using this KB
Please reply us back with the report number.

  7. Also as a test, please try to isolate your VM from Mac and test the mouse behavior.

I'm also experiencing this issue on a wired logitech usb mouse, all was fine under 11 but in 12 there is horrible mouse lag in the windows 10 VM. Is there a downgrade path I can use to return to 11 while this is being investigated?

  13. Sure, and we will need more information form you (maybe a bit later), we will update you here and by email.

Hello, please be informed that Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac Hotfix 1 (12.0.1-41296) was released and the issue has been addressed. Please update Parallels Desktop to the latest build http://kb.parallels.com/123948 Latest version always available here: www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd12 Please note that Parallels Tools also needs to be updated (Actions > Update Parallels Tools) and let us know how it works. Thanks!

I've updated and verified I'm running the hotfix (41296) as well as reinstalled parallels tools. The issue remains, mouse lag in windows when connecting my logitech wired mouse to the mac and the pointer disappearing completely (although the moust lag seems gone) when connecting it directly to the VM.
