Win 7 installation problem

I'm trying to install win 7 from a dvd on Parallels 12. I get a window the says Parallels Wizard at the top with the little circle spinning around. The black screen says"Network bottom is installed. Trying to boot from SATA drive 1..., BOOTMGR is missing, press ctl-alt-del to restart." This does nothing. There circle just keeps spinning for hours.

 

Some of my words got garbled. It doesn't say "Network Bottom", but "Network Bootrom." Auto correct!
