Help me uninstall Parallels and XP

Hi, All I would like to do is simply remove Parallels and XP which I installed on my macbook pro. Can anyone provide me with a simple and complete removal of this software? I thought I would use it but I'm finding it's not useful for me.

if you mount the parallels disk image, ther is an uninstall parallels application. This will remove the parallels software. to delete the Virtual Hard Disk, go into your user folder, inside the dicuments folder there will be a parallels folder. trash this, empty your trash, and it will be gone.
