    I have 2 VM. A Window 10 and Windows 2012.
When I switch from one VM I lose the mouse fire.
The same happens if you step away from your Mac desktop to the VM.
Parallels 12.12 and MacOS Sierra 10:12

I have the same problem (same OS version as you):
When you have two full screens VMs and switch between them, the mouse loses the focus.
The only workaround for me at the moment is to click on any menu item of the parallels task bar on the top of the screen and then back into the VM.
Then the mouse focus is again inside the VM.
But this is a really annoying bug as I need to switch between VMs often and that workaround simply takes a lot of time :-(

Hopefully this bug gets resolved soon :)

    Best regards,

    Christian

I can see on this forum that there are other new threads which are describing the same problem as we are talking about in this thread...

    Thanks!

    Best regards,

    Hi @RenzoB
Please adjust the virtual machine configuration as below

    2. Open virtual machine configuration.
    3. Switch to Hardware tab > Mouse & Keyboard > set Mouse to "Don't Optimize for games" & vice versa
