purchased upgrade parallel 12, but i was using parallel 9 before it

I was using parallel 9 before purchasing but i got trial version for 15days and i went for upgrade as i was using parallel and allowed for purchase.
now they are not accepting upgrade and showing expire parallel 10
I talk to nearest apple store but they saying to communicate to parallel direct and we didn't even found any custmer care number.

what should be do now and kindly provide any contact number and email id
