    Hi,

I have here a bunch of Windows-Applications ready to install.
Once parallels is installed and running, is there any recommendations to decide where those new Windows Applications should be located?

    Parallels is installed in:
    - ~/Macintosh_HD/Programs/Parallels_Desktop_App (among all my other Mac-Applications)

    a) Is it okay if I install the Windows Applications among the MAC-Applications ( ~/Macintosh_HD/Programs/ )?
    b) Or, is it recommended to install the Windows-Applications into the Virtual Machine?
    c) Or, is there any more appropriate location to do so?

    Merci :)

    G

Hi, it will be great to install Windows apps inside Windows VM:
    1. Because it's not possible to run .exe file on the Mac side
    2. It's more simple to do if from Windows.

    Hi Maria,

questions... yes, indeed: it seems there are two potential locations inside the virtual machine - which one is best...

    - Applications
    or
    - Applications (x86)

    ...?

    Thank you :)

Hey, both is OK, but as I know new apps will be installed in Applications (x86) folder by default and you can choose this folder during the installation.
