Unable to resize windows explorer location bar

Hi I have the following system:

Parallels Business Edition for Mac 11.2.1
Windows 7 Enterprise

I have found that I am unable to resize (horizontally) the windows explorer location bar, which is locked at quite a small width with a giant search bar next to it. Any ideas how this might be resolved?

 

Hi, please try the following:

1. From Start screen, type Command prompt.
2. Right-click on Command Prompt and choose Run as Administrator.
3. Now in the command prompt window, type sfc /scannow (note, there is a space between sfc and /scannow).

 

Thanks that did resolve the issue. Also highlighted a variety of corrupt files.
