    Hello DanielM4,
We have made changes to the activation key. Please follow the instructions below:
    1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again.
    2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online

    Hello,

I get the same error message telling me I've reached the max number of activation for Parallels Desktop 9. I had to reinstall my Mac after my hardrive failure. Can you help me?
    Thank you,
    Regards,

Hi, this is happening to me to. I moved to a mac mini and updated from time machine backup, deleted my old information. I am not unable to activate my account. Is it possible to deactivate other 'sign in's? Thanks

Hi, I'm having this same problem after temporarily using my hard disk in a different Mac for a few days (while Apple repaired my MacBook Pro). I got my MBP back from Apple today and put the hard disk back in, but I am unable to activate Parallels 11. It says it will deactivate it on the other computer, but it then it says maximum activations exceeded.
