After update to 12.1.1 (47491) STRG + Tab doesn't work anymore

After I have updated my Parallels Version to 12.1.1 (47491) the Shortcut STRG + Tab doesn't work on my Window anymore.
I hope somebody can help.
Or is it possible to download and install the previous Version of Parallels?

 

The last update has some issues with <key>+Tab apparently: Ctrl+Tab or Ctrl+Shift+Tab doesn't work either.

I have set OS X System Shortcuts to never send stuff like Start+TAB to OS X but when I do that it still sends it there instead of invoking Windows 10 Task View.
