WinXP cannot access any share folder?

    I am using Parallels Desktop 12. I have installed two virtual machines. One is Win7 and One is WinXP. Win7 is working properly and can access all the share folder. But for WinXP, it cannot mount any share folder, even I have set the share folder properly. Why?

    Please try to reinstall Parallels Tools and check how it works.
