Space bar key doesn't work in W10 pararell

    I had a problem at my space bar key in W10... it doesn't work (except I hit the Shirf+Space bar)... any body can help, please?

    Hello Anderson(, please let us know the version of Parallels Desktop that you are using? If it is version 12, please check for the updates and let us know how it works.

    right now my pararellels 11........ its work fine from first install from 4 months ago.....
