Unable to Register License Key

After i installed Parallel it kept coming up with i needed to register my license. I did that right away, i didnt use the software for awhile then when i got back on it was still complaining. I could not find my email with my key so i gave up and uninstalled. I finally found the email with the key and when i go under my account it says i dont have a key registered and when i try it says it is registered to a different account. How can i fix this so i can get this installed again and running on my Mac.

I received PD 12 as part of a promotion through OWC for purchasing one of their SSD's and they provided what looks like a OWC key and PN and custom download link through Parallels. However, neither code numbers are accepted for activation / registration by Parallels Desktop. Please advise how to register. Thank you, Cedric
