Problem with Parallels

    When I try to connect to Windows using Parallels, a window appears stuck in a Word document. I can not do anything on windows, becouse the parallels stuck. Even when I turned off the Mac and tried to reopen any of document on the windows, the stuck window appeared again. How do I release the Parallels?
