How export VM configuration?

Hi, there is way to export and import only the configuration of a VM?
For example, if I set some option about the mouse, the keyboard, the USB, ecc Can I export this cfg to apply to another? The idea is that I want to apply the same option to a differenet VM (same OS but a different license).

I mean only the configuration, without the entire disk of the VM
