Wrong Password in Excel Files

After upgrading to Parallels 12 I noticed that when I launch one of my password protected frequently used files in Excel 2016 running on Windows 10 using its link, I get error message about wrong password in about 70% of all attempts. I have to ALT+F4 and on a second try it accepts the password 100% times. VERY annoying. There's no way I mistype the password so frequently, so there's definitely a problem here. Another tip: I keep my VM suspended so it happens when I first awaken it. Anyone experience the same?

Please follow the KB article for Keyboard mapping in Windows virtual machine.
Please try reinstalling Parallels Tools http://bit.ly/1cZWAa3
Keep us posted the result.

 

I have no problems with keyboard layout and I reinstalled Tools several times.

 

Do you have issue only with one excel file or with several files?

 

I have only one such file.
