I Can`t see my mac folder from Windows 10 and Viceverse

I need your support, I had to reinstall parallels on my Mac because it hurt the virtual machine I had with windows 10 now I can not configure the machine so that I can share folders from mac to windows and vice versa. Before I could see both machines on the network and not now.
