I accidentally deleted my .pvm file. I went to the trash and indicated to move it back, but it was moved back to a different location. I tried to manually move it into the Parallels file folder, but it doesn't stay or work there...How to I get my VM up and running again? My free support had expired so I paid $19.99 for a one time assistance, but when I went back to the click and call or chat support the system claimed that my support had expired and forwarded me to the window where I had signed up before?
