Help have this annoying problem running parallels 12 on i mac running sierra. the virtual machine is windows 10. when using programs like sage accounts ect when i press shift f6 to copy the figure above be it a date or anything which is a numerical number the copied version adds 1 to to the value i.e. 18/01/17 becomes 18/01/18 or £ 550 becomes £ 551. This is really annoying as i have to enter all repeated values each time manually . any ideas
    Thanks

Please configure Keyboard layout in Windows virtual machine.
Reinstall Parallels Tools and keep us posted the result.

Hi @alan1j, please change the virtual machine configuration as follows:
    * Turn off the option "Use Mac OS X Full Screen" in the Actions -> Configuration -> Options -> Full Screen -> Check 'Use All Displays in Full screen' option in View menu enabled and let us know how it works.
