Trying to use Netflix Watch Now service in Parallels 3 4560, running Vista from Boot Camp (v1.4) partition. Every time I try to play a movie, IE crashes, and it looks like the parallels video driver is at fault. Anyone else seeing this or have any ideas how to fix? I have tried un/re-installing Parallels tools, Netflix player software, and Boot Camp tools. Thanks. I have been able to use the watch now player on another macbook with Parallels running XP, so I don't know but assume it may be Vista specific.
Just wanted to say me too. IE crashes every time I try to use Netflix to watch now using parallels. I remember being able to before, but I haven't tried in a while and have updated both parallels and the Netflix viewer since. Not sure where the bug was introduced. I am also using a fully updated version of Vista.
The 2nd post by me middle paragraph, has my solution for watching Netflix on Vista. Update the display adapter 'parallels driver' in device manager. Windows installs the 'standard vga display adapter'. http://forums.parallels.com/thread16327.html
