I am not sure what's going on. I've reinstalled parallels. I've reinstall my guest OS (Windows 10 Pro). I've reinstalled parallels tools in the guest OS. Every time I start the guest OS, I have to hit reset for it to boot up. This is after I completely shut it down for the evening. This happens EVERY time. If I don't hit reset, then it just sits there with loading. Anyone else have this issue? Windows 10 Pro - Creators Update - Happened before the big update as well. MacBook Pro 2015 - Sierra
I had a similar experience. After shutdown Windows 10 would not start. I get a message, that coherence mode is not available and die startup-window of the VM simply stayed black. I just found this link in another post. Maybe that helps you to. For me it seems, that it worked out (just tested).: You may have to disable quick startup mode in Windows 10 to solve the issue. http://winaero.com/blog/how-to-disable-or-enable-fast-startup-in-windows-10/
